About Mora Bali
Mora Bali is operated by PT Mora Jelajah Wisata, a registered Indonesian company (NIB 1710230042693). We own our fleet, employ our drivers full-time, and answer for every booking ourselves. We are not a marketplace.
Our story
Mora Bali was founded by a team with over a decade of hands-on experience in Bali's hospitality and private transport industry. After years of seeing the same problems repeat — drivers picked from anonymous marketplace apps, vehicles in mixed condition, surprise fees at drop-off, broken English communication — we decided to build something different.
We started Mora Bali with one principle: every part of the experience that affects the guest should be owned and operated by us. The vehicle is ours. The driver is on our payroll. The route, the price, and the standard are decided by us — not by an algorithm matching the cheapest available option.
Today, Mora Bali is a registered Indonesian company (PT Mora Jelajah Wisata) operating across all of Bali — from Ngurah Rai Airport pickups to Ubud day tours, Uluwatu sunset transfers, and full-day charters in our premium electric fleet. We are local, we are accountable, and we are the company you actually book with — no middleman, no marketplace markup.
How we're different

Our 15 drivers are full-time Mora employees — trained, vetted, and accountable to us directly. They are not freelancers selected from an app each time you book. The driver who picks you up is part of the company you booked with.
Every BYD M6, Denza D9, and Toyota Hiace Premio in our fleet is owned and maintained by Mora Bali. We control the service schedule, cleaning standard, and replacement cycle. You will never ride in a driver's personal car.
