Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Mora Bali. We strive to provide the best possible service for all guests. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are granted for bookings made directly through our website or via our partner platforms (such as Klook, Viator, GetYourGuide, and Traveloka).
1. Cancellations by Customers

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the service date are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service date, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
2. Cancellations by Mora Bali
In the rare event that Mora Bali must cancel a booking (e.g., due to vehicle issues, safety concerns, or extreme weather), guests will be offered:

A full refund, or
-
An option to reschedule the service at no extra cost.
We will always notify you as soon as possible.
3. Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, road closures, government regulations, or unforeseen emergencies. We will, however, make every effort to assist with rescheduling when possible.
4. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Refund requests must be sent via email to booking@morabali.com and include the booking reference number.
5. Third-Party Bookings
If your booking was made through an online travel agency (OTA) such as Klook, Viator, GetYourGuide, or Traveloka, their respective refund and cancellation policies apply.
Please contact the platform directly to request a refund or modification.
6. Non-Refundable Services
Some special offers, discounted packages, or last-minute bookings may be marked as non-refundable. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
